I wish we could choose a shipment cadence for prescriptions - I have tried to ask for my prescription to be sent later every time and have instead had to constantly pause and restart my medication shipments because they are sending far too much too soon. Otherwise, I think Alpha is super easy to work with with and easy to use mobile website…

Always on time but this last time that my prescription was ending i was not notified other than in the account messaging. Received no email or text.

I had a few issues with my most recent order and it was a bit frustrating, but they had good communication and was able to fix it promptly.

This is so impossible to cancel . Keeps auto-renewing my "prescription" that I only ever wanted once. I have limited time and your website makes it wayyy to difficult to cancel.
