Do not think email and surveys are most effective tool to capture feedback on medications and treatment.

I have used this service for over a year now. It was never perfect but it worked for my financial situation. On 6/21/2022 I requested that my prescriptions that were sent to my pharmacy be sent from an in state doctor as my insurance doesn't cover out of state doctor prescriptions. 24 hours later I get a response. 24 hours after that I get a prescription sent in. Little did I know that new prescription didn't include my 3 or 4 refills my original prescription had. That brings me to 2 days ago when I tried to get my prescription refilled. Pharmacy calls and said my insurance doesn't accept out of state prescription. I mentioned that I had this issue corrected and they let me know Alpha only sent one prescription no refills. I submitted a request and 48 hours later there is still no response. This is life saving medicine that I had to overdraft my account to buy out of pocket. Absolutely insane that it takes 24-48 hours to get any type of response. Even if they respond after 24 hours they will take another day or two just to get it completed. I would recommend using a different service that has phone support for these types of situations. I left Alpha a voicemail this morning and 5 hours later no response. I submitted 8 more requests on their website and still no response. 2 days after my initial request and I got nothing.
