The messaging app is perplexing - you have a specific subject that will almost certainly not reach the intended recipient. You'll always chat with someone new - IT'S NEVER THE SAME PERSON. They send your prescription to the pharmacy, and then you're on your own. YOU MUST CALL THE PHARMACY TO ASK IF THE MEDICATION REQUIRES A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION (IT MOST OFTEN DOES). Shocker!). That is when YOU must request that the pharmacy contact the PRESCRIBER in order to obtain a Prior authorization. YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK IF THE DRUG IS OUT OF STOCK. . Simply put, the membership fee is for the prescription only. YOUR PRESCRIBER/DOCTOR/NURSE PRACTITIONER WILL DO NOTHING - They sent a prescription to the pharmacy and that's all there is to it. I'm out $49.99, with no medication (Ozempic), no assistance, and no alternatives. They don't care, when I paid for the membership I got lots of feedback, quick feedback, but now I'm curious to know what's going on because they provided inaccessible Rx - what is your medical recommendation? It's quiet. Essentially, nothing to do but wait. Sit down and shut up. But that membership fee is just around the corner, let’s see if they will wait for payment. How much you want to wager they don’t?
