Love the care I have been receiving. But do sometimes wish I could I could talk to someone in person. For example I have a prescription that I need refills on that I haven’t figured out how to make that happen.

I wasn't sure how a telehealth Dr can care for my needs without even meeting me. Alpha has taken FABULOUS care of me and my needs. Always touching base to follow up. Greatest group ever in my opinion

I love using this site they are so helpful and fast I am so glad I found them. The prescription is placed so quick any questions or concerns they are on top of it. I recommend trying them out!!!

I started a Hello Alpha in August my experience was good until my provider was switched. In the beginning I had a provider by the name of Kathleen Moore and I was switched to Laura Downs. Laura didn’t provide the same level of care. Each appointment it was constant back and forth. It seemed more of a ego thing instead of listening to the patient and reviewing prior records.
