Great communication from providers, ease of access.

It keeps getting increasingly more difficult, unreliable and expensive to use. When it comes to some services (the ones where they just call my rx in to my local pharmacy), they do just fine. But there is almost always some issue with my skincare prescription that makes it show up late, or not at all. It is hard to get help because the website is super buggy, and what I see on my page is not what the "support team" sees, so I have to send screenshots. Most recently I was charged for a prescription I had no refill on, then refunded. Then did the consult they asked me to do. The website tells me I need to do it again, so I do and I have to pay for it because I used up all the (2) consults covered by my membership, only to find it out that the the website is just sending me the same prompt over and over for no reason. I don't get refunded in full for the consult even though they acknowledge the issue. And I have paid the $360 plus dollars this year to be sitting here with an scne breakout because they still haven't been able to perform a simple refill of a prescription I've been getting for multiple years. And this isn't the first time. I'm going to continue with my other services, but for my tretinoin prescription, I'm gonna have to go elsewhere. And if that is all you are looking for (a skincare rx), I would not recommend this service anymore. I used to love it. And like I said, some services still work well...I think they're overwhelmed or something. But as a patient it is very frustrating.

I have been using alpha for roughly 6 months now and I absolutely love the service. Every provider I had is prompt and efficient, very informative and takes the time to make sure I understand my treatment plan. However, there was a time when Alpha did have rather lengthy delays in response time, as they had an uptick in clientele but they were still much faster in their responses than my PCP who can at times take up to 5 days for a response. I think their membership pricing is reasonable and this is actually the first provider service I’ve used that I haven’t had an issue with my script being received by the pharmacy so that’s a little added bonus in my opinion lol. I only have one complaint and honestly it’s not even really a complaint, I wish I was able to keep the same provider for every visit as I do enjoy the continuity of care but I have never had an issue with a new provider not understanding my case. Thank you guys so much for all you do!!

I like Alpha medical. It’s easy to use. I provide all my information and wait for the results to come in. I also like that if I have a question or issue I can send a message and receive a response.
