I had to pay for a prescription I already had and when I asked for the dose I was supposed to get I had to make a payment again to get that

This telehealth service has been a game changer for me. They bill insurance and make it so easy and seamless for me to get healthcare when it's convenient for me. They are always prompt with their responses, and I've used them for 3 different telehealth services. Alpha Medical is by far my favorite online telehealth service to use.
