Paid $50 for a membership fee and this company never reached out to me in regards to my request for a telehealth visit there’s no contact number to call customer service, very disappointed

Margaret my provider CRNP is amazing . She reply’s to me promptly and addresses my concerns. Also, being online , even through text , it seems she genuinely cares! This has helped me change my life . Only thing is the messages can be a little tricky to get to or it doesn’t give all needed options to choose from but I see y’all have updated and it redirects you to provider or RN or a team to get the message where it needs to go. Also, I get a constant reminder to add my Insurance but I am not using my insurance for this care, only at my local pharmacy but not a biggie.

I was very happy with the derm consult and the quickness of the prescription filled. I am a little worried about the price being high since I have friends who have been prescribed the same medication for much less money. They said it would be $50, I paid almost $90 and I have a friend that got the same meds without insurance from her derm for $10… The weight loss consult has been frustrating. Every time I hear back from a provider it’s someone new. I’m still waiting to get a med prescribed and it’s been weeks. I’ve called my insurance and asked what meds needed a prior authorization. I told my provider that and then she called in the med without one…so I waited for it to fill only to find out she hadn’t sent one. Now I’m still waiting and I’ve had several different responses and quite frankly I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do now and so it’s very frustrating
