I have been extremely satisfied with my medical care since I started with Alpha Medical 6 months ago. The response time is always shorter than what is quoted. My provider is the best!

The provider and service overall are great but I signed up in January and only just now, in April, I was able to get my prescription. Not because the pharmacy or provider, but because they are so incredibly backed up on prior authorizations. I feel like I wasted $150 because they don’t have their act together.
