For the most part my experience has been good. Process for appts, signing in, sending scripts, paying, have been great. I was hoping for more input on my own care. In trying to discuss maintenance I was 'told' how it would be done. I was reduced a dosage because i was at a 23 BMI. 18 is the low for 5'2". However, I was allowed to go up later when i mentioned food noise was getting louder. When i asked to change pharmacies due to unavailability was scolded for not being more proactive on getting my script. I was on phone with them every other day. Oh, and i can't get a 3 mos supply because I'm on Maint. Which I'm not because as far as I am concerned, not at my goal weight.
