I love having 24/7 access to a provider without having to make an appointment just to have to wait to be called back to a room and then wait again. You have so many options of care. I have had nothing but positive service and recommend to everyone. I feel confident that I am listened to and cared for.

I paid $50 up front and was told in my consultation that I wouldn’t be receiving the medication requested. I feel like this is a scam and the $50 shouldn’t be charged until I decide to participate in a program suggested by my practitioner. I’m sure this is non-refundable.

Getting prescribed was quick and easy. Getting the PA took awhile but once done, also quick and easy. When I did my medical update for next visit it was reviewed within minutes and prescription sent same day. So far I have no complaints!

Convenient, reliable. I work a lot and it is hard for me to find time for doctor visits and prioritizing my health. Alpha medical is a great tool for me to make sure I am taking care of my own needs first.
