Great service provider and great therapists.

The website was easy to navigate and really accelerated being able to find the right counselor for me. Payment is super easy to set up and I love the reminders and payment confirmations along with the appointments. Highly, highly recommend!

Came here to leave a positive review and was surprised to see so much negativity. A friend introduced me to Alma, and I actually know several people (like, upwards of 10!!) who use it. We’ve all had great experiences. I’ve had no issues with billing or insurance, and my therapist has been excellent so far. It seems like some of the negative experiences may come from people connecting with the wrong therapist. The platform delivers on what it promises, but you still need to do some due diligence to find the right fit.

Alma treats its employees very well with a good work life balance and great programs as well as good pay.
