HelkayReviews of helkay.com

Total scam! Take your money then don’t deliver the item

The only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give NONE. Item ordered before Xmas 2021. ‘Tracking number’ is total BS. Item never delivered/arrived. Helkay promised to refund “within 10 days” Nothing received. Ended up getting a refund through PayPal. My advice is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH HELKAY. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Achtung.Betrügerisches Unternehmen. Ich hatte eine Bestellung vor 10 Wochen aufgegeben. Ware bis heute nicht angekommen.Wurde immer hingehalten wegen Corona.Es wurden bereits mehrere Strafanzeigen gestellt. Lasst die Finger weg.Ihr seht kein Geld wieder.

Steam iron is horrible plastic rubbish nothing like the advertisement. £16.99 to send it back i put it in the bin i have learned a lesson never buy from Helkay again

The item they sent was incomplete and not what the website show. Also I got a virus from them.
