Do not order . I also have been scammed. They send a message saying your parcel has been delivered, you email back and tell them you haven’t received any parcel . They say they’ll send another one , obviously nothing arrives so I asked for a refund . Still waiting after countless emails and false promises. They need to be took down from all sites

This company is a total ripoff. I saw the ad. For the v8 motor you put together and get the second motor at a better price. Dumb ass me ordered both. I only got one and it’s not even parts to put together. It’s a molded plastic model of the v8 engine they advertise on Pinterest. Painted and the a rubber band for the belt on the front of it. If I could send pics on here I would.

Disclaimer: I am not the type of person to complain or slander a company for making mistakes. However, this particular situation calls for caution for future buyers. I decided to purchase one of their 6 in 1 brushes for horses/pets. The videos were very convincing that it brushed the undercoat of dog's fur to minimize shedding. I watched the video several times and was convinced it would work. They even displayed a video of a customer brushing their dog and it seemed to work great. Even if the product "sort of" worked I would have been ok with it, but the product does not work at all. No fur came off of my dog when brushing her. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service they said I have 3 days to provide the tracking # or no refund would be applied. When I asked if they would cover the cost of shipping they said no. The shipping cost was a few dollars less than the price of the product. When my husband took the package to the post office, they said they receive a lot of return packages for Helkay CO - "at least 3-4 per week". So please be careful when purchasing from Helkay

Ich habe im Januar 2022 bei Helkay in England einen Motorbausatz bestellt , aber trotz zig Erinnerungen bis heute nicht bekommen . Habe leider damals per Vorkasse bezahlt . ACHTUNG ACHTUNG ! ABZOCKE ???

Saw their advert for a model V8 engine kit on Pinterest.These lovely engines go for around £995 a go,so when I saw the advert on Pinterest for one but at a LAST CHANCE 50% off and a ridiculous price of £36 from a RRP £72 I realised it had to be a scam.I got onto their website and e mailed them the following Saw your advert for V8 model engine kit .Well I’m warning you now your Scam has been rumbled.I’m sending a message on TRUSTPILOT to warn people of your disgusting con.Hope your collared soon by the law you SCUMBAGS. Hope you all read this and don’t use these rats.Just remember if it’s to good to be true ,it’s probably not.Take care beware.Hope this helped.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT. I am ashamed to say that I have been scammed by this dreadful rip off merchant. I dont even want to give one star, but you have to in order to lodge the review. Purchased 3 items and they even sent me a fake message with tracking details (with non descript locations) to tell me the items were delivered at my address... When I hadn't received anything, I immediately contacted Helkay, to which they responded a day later to say they apologise and will re-arrange the delivery... (not even flinching about the fact they told me had been delivered!)... Needless to say, nothing was re-sent and now after 3 months of being lied to and fobbed off - theyre still promising a refund... haha... what a shower of clowns! Just as someone else has stated - they will take your money and keep you at arms reach with constant promises, all with no intention of fulfilling. I only wish I had checked here and seen the unanimous negative feedback on this lousy dishonest outfit. Even paypal have been useless, they did nothing to help me recover the money I've been scammed out of. I find that very disappointing and have now realised the "protection" they provide is actually just a hollow sales pitch! Do not deal with this company whatever you do!!

SCAM warning Besteld bij Mixcun (mixcun ad 163.com email does exist and replies), maar niet geleverd (wel email dat het bij mij is afgeleverd). Vriendelijk contact, maar niet geleverd, en geen geld terug gekregen (werd wel beloofd). Ik ben er ingetuind vrees ik.
