I had to write a review because I ordered a chicken door from Helkay and it arrive in working order. Had I read this site before ordering, I would not have ordered from them. The product is not of high quality, but it works and I got what I paid for. Maybe I was lucky. But I had to share that at least one customer had a satisfactory experience with Helkay.

Volgens track en trace geleverd bij de buren. Maar dat klopt niet. Bij navraag gaf met aan dat ze het pakket opnieuw zouden versturen. Gevraagd naar track en trace maar niemand reageert meer. Het lijkt op een slimme manier tijd te rekken om de betaling niet te hoeven terug te betalen Bij creditmaatschappij melding gevraagd en dit geld weer terug te storten

The side of the business that collects your money is working beautifully. I’m convinced the side where they stock any of the products you see, LET ALONE ACTUALLY DELIVER THEM, doesn’t exist. Absolute scam, learn from my mistake!

Complete scam site. They take photos from other sellers such as Etsy then give them bargain prices. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. have photos showing how photos have been ripped off from etsy. Shame can't upload photos. But it is a scam. If you have bought anything from them on your credit card do a charge back and report as fraud.

do not do business with this company. i have been waiting for my item since christmas, it is now may 2022. they have promised the item is being shipped several times but nothing. finally they stopped answering my emails. i requested a refund and all i hear is nothing.

Been waiting a month for item. Ordered 4/11 today 5/11 they sent an email stating delivered no delivery. I’ve emailed them. Funny my bank card was also hacked.

I would put minus 0 stars. I ordered a Grand Orrery solar system, as a present. When I looked up tracking order it stated that on 2 May that my parcel had been delivered on 3 May and handed to customer. The dates started my brain bells ringing. Contacted HELKAY they sent a reply saying they are looking into shipping etc. Now I have heard nothing from them - even though I have sent further emails. Just wish I had looked them up on Trustpilot before I put order in. Stupid me.
