I purchased three items from Helen's Gems. A knotted elegant ring, one white opal elegant golden bracelet and an elegant pearl necklace. They are truly beautiful and so well crafted! I love my order! Purchased a bohemian ring for approximately £24 online and cancelled the transaction within an hour but I didn’t receive an acknowledgment and I was charged. The cancelled order arrived which was no longer required. I contacted Helen’s Gems who were very unhelpful and did not offer a refund. Helen stated on her Facebook advertisement that she had to sell up her business in the Cotswolds. She’s still trading and the business is based in the States! I found the same ring for sale on Amazon for less than £3.00 and ordered it. It arrived much quicker than the ring sent from the States. Do not use this company, they are dishonest and sell excessively overpriced jewellery. I suggest you find what you like on Helen’s website and order it on Amazon.
