DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER I purchased a necklace, and it broke the very first time I wore it—clearly poor quality. I returned the order over a month ago, with tracking confirming they received it, yet I still have not received my refund. Many emails confirming they have received the return, asking for the tracking number, (no less than 4 emails requesting this info), saying they will get back to me...but still no refund. Their lack of accountability and failure to honor their return policy is unacceptable. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Complete scam. Ordered eight pieces of jewelry, necklaces, and earrings for my daughters and I. Website said 30 day returns no questions asked and guarantee craftsmanship. The jewelry came from China, shipping was very delayed and it came in two different mailings. I emailed several times finally got one response offering a bigger discount on anything else I wanted and I said no I want my money back. I was first contacting you within the 30 days of receiving and after that no replies.

To give it one star is to give it too much. I ordered five pieces, thinking I was supporting an American artisan. when I saw tracking coming from China, I knew I was duped and contacted my charge card immediately. I was never given a delivery date, always being told that it would arrive soon. It took five weeks. When the pieces arrived, they were chintzy and plastic, Some damaged. Even if they gave them to me, I would not want them, the qualities is that poor. I emailed them to return them, but all they did was offer me a bigger discount on more pieces. It’s insane. The website that the vendor lists on this website is the website that is deceptive.

Nothing but a scam. Items claim to be handmade, vintage and made in Utah by older woman going out of business. Shipment comes from China and items can be found on Alibaba for $1.00 a piece. Their profile here claims they were hacked, but not true. You try to return and get a refund, but they only give you a 50% refund, which is also against their own refund policy. Report it as fraudulent on your credit card. Also, file a report with the FTC to report the fraud. The five star reviews on here are given by the business themselves, not real people who purchased.

My ring was fake an total rubbish I threw it in the bin I was so discusted with it an couldn't believe I was scammed for the first time don't buy any of this site it's a total scam.
