Installed the 10 L Calorifier in Sprinter with hydronic heater (January), Had some unusual requirements and he helped sort it out. Been using mainly for showers ( traveling for last few months down Baja and back) . Wife loves it!

Parts were received in record time and were just as ordered, THANK YOU HEATSO However my HYDRONIC M D 10W 12 volt Part no. 25 2160 05 00 00 still has trouble starting. IT blows lots of smoke and shuts down. It will eventually start after sever attemps, Can anyojne help me?

Heatso must be writing these reviews. I have never dealt with such an immature, incompetent company in my life. First your product with get stuck in customs, they don’t tell you this and do zero to help. Then, no directions that are detailed enough to do the install (false advertising). And if you call or email them, they only work a few hrs a week so they do not reply until it is very, very convenient for them. I have ran businesses for 25 years and have no idea how they stay in business while having such contempt for the people supporting them. I am now resorting to writing the manufacturers they rep and telling them of my experience. Then a call to my attorney. Avoid at all cost. It has now been 3 months and between customs, wrong heater sent and missing parts, still no heater. Told them I am living in vehicle in winter… they could care less.

When a shipment is delayed, we receive a delayed notification from FedEx and then provide the requested information to them the same day we receive a request. In this case, personal information was requested and we did contact you about the delay and the reason behind it. During the start of the communication that you had with our sales representative, all manuals related to the purchase were provided so you could take a look before ordering. The same manuals were provided in the shipment itself. As for communication, we're very sorry we were not able to get back to you promptly.
