I have been satisfied across the board in my experience with Heatbit. I was in the Kickstarter and waited anxiously to receive my unit. Due to the company's desire to improve the quality of the units, the production was delayed, as is very common in Kickstarters. I was shocked when the company voluntarily reimbursed me and others who had ordered with the amount of BTC that we would have mined if they units had shipped in the original date. Since then, it has been one positive experience after another. Customer support has been top notch. The unit mines around the clock, as it's supposed to. And most importantly, I was able to withdraw/transfer BTC to my wallet very easily. Highly recommended.

I had to wait a long time to receive my Heatbit Trio, but when it came, I could tell it was a quality product. Everything from the cord to the solid aluminum frame is premium. As someone who lives in Canada, its perfect for heating my basement office, and I use it frequently. The team at Heatbit was helpful and responsive whenever I reached out. I'm excited for more upgrades that they say are coming, like mining pool selection.

We absolutely love our Heatbit! We really like passively earning Bitcoin and look forward to the extra heat it will provide as we move closer to our first Winter season with the Heatbit. Setup was really easy, it's ready to go right out of the box, plug it in, tap a couple settings and it is ready to go! The app is user-friendly, we like checking in on our Heatbit when we travel to track our Bitcoin earnings. It's a very quiet unit...you don't even know it is running. Customer service was very responsive the 1 time we had a question and it was answered very quickly. Highly recommend Heatbit to anyone looking for a duel purpose device that does pay you back!
