The unit and app are excellent. Very easy to use. I love how night mode can be switched on to make the lights on the unit dimmer. Any time I have reached out to customer support, they have been responsive and solved my issues. Highly recommend this product!

Although the unit is a little bigger than i expected, it looks nice . The interface is simple and support is great (very rare feature these days). I like the idea of mining bitcoin while heating the room. I am in Florida, so i can use it only few months a year. Still, i think it is a good investment considering growing bitcoin price.

I love my Heatbit Trio! I have it running in my solarium on mining power only and it heats up the 100²ft space perfectly. Transferring SATs to my wallet was/is a breeze, so simple. Also, I like that I can see total performance of the unit since registration when I received it. I'm looking forward to seeing what else the company designs!

We were one of the first pre-orders of Heatbit way back when, and waited over a year to receive the product... but once we got it, we've been very happy. The wait also meant several emails with the company which were responded to promptly and professionally. Living in Michigan means the need to operate a heater for sadly, sadly, too much of the year, but at least we're earning bitcoin as we do it now.
