I think you're misleading people and like the named companies in the title theyre scammers

My name is Mrs Felicia Orotayo I ordered the hearing aid since 6th June but up till now I have not heard anything from them. I hope this is not a scam

I ordered hearing aids on 20th April and they have still not arrived on 18th June. I sent an email asking about when I could expect delivery and have not received a response. Very upsetting to feel I have been scammed.

Shipping was a bit slow.i thought it was 7 days to Dubai. but it took 11 days.but im happy i finally received it. now its time to judge these hearing aids. packaging is good. thats all for now

I ordered a pair of hearing aids on the condition they could be returned as per their advertisement. The hearing aids arrived and were very big and the sound was distorted. I asked to send them back and I was given an address to return them to . I paid £18 to post them with tracking number. The hearing aids ended up in Chinese customs and Hearsouls would not clear them. They have never answered any of my emails. My message is, do not deal with this company.

Good hearing aids for the price. i have the BTE and CIC. the question is will they last? i will find out.

I ordered the hearing aids weeks and weeks ago, after follow-up I was promised they would arrive in 2 weeks, a month later still nothing. I then requested a refund, still nothing.

Good hearing aids, and very affordable. i did not buy for myself. i purchase two pairs for father and mother who are now struggling with hearing loss. not severe but mild hearing loss. chose the skin color, and they look fine on my parents.
