My friend gave me this Heasouls hearing aids few months ago. I was amazed that I can hear better now. I’m so thankful to my friend and to this company. The customer service taught me on how to use it properly. I’m planning to purchase their CIC invisible hearing aid, will leave a review again once I have it. Great product!

The CIC hearing aid is like the one i bought for $5,000, its insane that they do have the same features and functionalities, almost the same. and its mini invisible. my hair is long, so nobody can notice that i'm wearing a hearing aid which so nice. The only difference is its a lot cheaper of course which is the reason why i bought it in the first place. Im praying that it will last long enough so that i can enjoy it really well.

Good hearing CIC. the small hearing aid is amazing. been using it for two weeks, and im loving it. Im hoping that it will last long enough so i dont have to buy another one again. but its worth it because it very cheap, just under $100 USD.

I got my grandma this hearing aid. The hearing aid helps her hear better. The way it's designed is cool. It's so small and light that he hardly feels it. When she puts it on, it makes sounds louder and clearer. She can hear people talking clearly, and our talks got smoother. Great purchase and good customer service.

I saw their ads on facebook. Decided to buy a pair my 84 year old dad as he struggles to communicate with us. Theres a hearing company that offers a pair for $5,000 but its too much for now. And so decided to order from heasouls, received the pair after a week to UAE. My dad was extremely happy when he used them for the first time, he couldn’t believe that he could hear his wife and daughters again. Now he talks so much as he now comfortable wearing them. Thank you so much for making such affordable device for old people. I really appreciate it. I highly recommend it

Disappointing experience. Caveat emptor... I bought these after the advertising hype. They distort noticeably above 1.5 on the scale 0-5: for me, barely enough gain in a quiet room (not where I need help). BUT they also amplify background noise, swamping spoken words. Background noise switch ineffective: eg. constant A/C fan not rejected. Also give unwelcome trailing effect to sounds, absent on a preferable (still-poor) $8 Temu version (looks similar but not same). Now let's be realistic, WHICH $4000-$5000 aids have customers actually compared? Why never quote models by genuine users? Because I believe many claims are fake or "shills". No-detail reviews: "I bought them for A and he's delighted" are meaningless without actual comparisons or full descriptions. We're not mugs. I found them bulky but most of all, increased background noise makes things worse. So within 10 days of receipt (they allow 90), I asked for my "no-hassle" refund, with full honest explanation, via both their admin email (Lizz) and Facebook. This same contact responded fast when my aids were late, but now, 7 emails + over 7 weeks later: just 2 hollow replies: like they're spinning out time by asking for my full reason which is already in front of them *in the same email chain*... They give no return address to start refund process. Update: they quote me their terms again, WITHOUT RETURN ADDRESS. Be aware of all this. I shall update this if they ever actually refund me, but looks chaotically bad.
