October 7,2025 I ordered a pair for $199.00. Sent an email on October 21 inquiring where are they? Received a tracking number After sending email. YunExpress Shows processing but no proof of receiving package to be shipped. I have not received any further responses. Still shows processing. Failure to respond to any emails or answer any calls proves this is a SCAM! Prove me wrong Heasouls and I will correct. However it looks like I am not the only one.

Ordered a pair of behind the ear aids on October 30. Credit card payment processed. No communication from them. Tried phoning several times. Was able to leave a message once. Have sent several emails. No response. Still nothing from them. I have submitted complaint to Facebook and just get response that they don’t think their policies have been violated. Update Nov. 30. Still no communication from them.

as a leader of our company and struggling with hearing loss, having these hearing aids with me all the time really help a lot. Thank you as i did not have to spend so much to hear better.

ordered the BTE, its not as good as the ones on their website, but i still love them. they work well at least on my hearing issues. I did not expect much, but im satisfied for the price. hoping they will improve more their service... Thanks heasouls

can someomne from this company answer my email as my hearing aids' need clearning.. i love them but they look dirty now as i have been using them for a while now...

Finally i received my hearing aids. it took 2 weeks to receive it. i was so frustrated but im glad i ahve it finally have it... time to try it out

No tracking,non delivery ,not answering phone or emails and no product after 11 days.

No contact, cant call either its just busy all the time. Never received the hearing aids. Don't buy from these people. It's a scam...
