Placed an order based on their inviting ad. Got a confirmation of the order, then NEVER heard from them. Complained through their website, no response. Sent email one month later, no response. Raised a dispute with Citibank,and Heasouls sent them the order (which I never disputed). Citibank considers that order as proof of delivery!! Now wasting time with Citibank to reverse that charge.

Placed an order on 7th Nov 25 received conformation same day funds deducted ad as of 24 Nov 25 good have not arrived. sent a number of emails and texts with no response tried telephoning just rings out. feels like a scam.

October 7,2025 I ordered a pair for $199.00. Sent an email on October 21 inquiring where are they? Received a tracking number After sending email. YunExpress Shows processing but no proof of receiving package to be shipped. I have not received any further responses. Still shows processing. Failure to respond to any emails or answer any calls proves this is a SCAM! Prove me wrong Heasouls and I will correct. However it looks like I am not the only one.
