No tracking info. Order nor found. Can't contact anyone. Hoping someone knows how to contact them

Placed my order on 10/15, called on 10/21. They said my order was ready to ship. Went to track the order and it said Order Could Not Be found. Have sent 6-7 emails only one was answered on the 21st. Tried to call and only get the fast busy tone, like the phone is off the hook. VERY POOR customer service and delivery of product. They were quick to charge my card though.

Item not as describe definitely I don't recommend this company I contact them and report about the item they didn't even bother to respond to me stay away from this company and save your money

Order placed 15 days ago. No tracking number, 4 emails sent no response. N/A telephone. Am going to contact Credit Card Company. For charge back.

Like many here this company is to be avoided . They never reply to your emails and do not confirm a tracking number even . I have my doubts they will send . I will be in touch with my credit card company to see if they will refund

very very good hearing aids despite the affordable price. i was not expecting much, i bought it to replace my 4 year old hearing aids from my audiologist, but turned out, i was surprised with the performance of these 100 dollars hearing aids. Will update more about it if things go bad...
