Integrity, ethical and professional -- that's my experience!!!

To experience an organization doing what they promise and staying in communication with you while you go through a major shift in your life was amazing. From the first contact, to phone call follow-ups, receiving a complete package with hearing aids, iPad, charger, instructions and have a live, unrushed, full attention person working with me were so reassuring. Then, to have heard the first sweet sounds from our 8th grandchild (wondering what I had missed in the past), hearing my nails clicking on the keyboard, not having to ask to turn the tv up, listening to all the sounds in the SE Kentucky mountains (birds, creeks, trees singing, leaves falling in a gentle crackle), and knowing that this would continue. Listening to conversations and not missing out on what was said or asking someone to repeat it -- all with assurance that any problems would be resolved at request. I have very small ears and, thus, small ear canals. The first few days, I had a problem with keeping the aid seated properly in my ear. At the second tele-visit, I had already received the correct size pieces, I was walked through changing the hearing aid to fit my ear better. Since then, no problems -- they stay in place. If you are worried, doubtful, or just scared (as I was a bit), just give them a try. You get a 45 day free trial before you are charged anything! I was so impressed. Hear.com has made good on reassuring me that their are ethical companies with people of integrity still out there. They truly are wanting to help us hear. Thank you so very much. So happy I made the first call.

As soon as my husband put them in he loved them
As soon as my husband put them in he loved them. He has had hearing aids for 5 years and won’t wear them. He said they are tinny. These are crystal clear. He loves them he puts them in every morning and wears them all day without me asking to put them in. What a difference for us he hears me when I say something now and I don’t have to repeat it two or three times and then Yell. He is now involved in conversations that he has. not hear in so long! All our friends have noticed the difference.

I am thrilled with my Phonak hearing aids. The consultations and follow-up care was efficient and very helpful. Learning how to navigate my way through the technology on my phone was awesome and of course, having the ability to hear clearly again has changed my life.

The whole experience with hear.com was the best customer service I’ve ever had, the rep. Jade Teixeira was so great that I was happy with hearing aids even before I can get them so to make the long story short, everything was excellent from beginning to end.

You won't regret purchasing fro hear.com. They guide you through every step. Other hearing aids just sends them to you and expect you to figure it out yourself. Not with hearing.com. didn't realize how bad my hearing was and it is so much clearer now. Thanks Robin for all your help and guidance.

So much happier!
I knew that I wasn't always hearing what someone was saying and whenever I was in a room with multiple people talking, I would have a difficult time understanding what was being said by the person who was close by. Since getting my hearing aids from hear.com, I am so happy to be able to hear again.
