The amazing presentation of the hearing product, the supportive help and encouragement as well as their understanding acceptance of my decision not to use their product. My old ears are are just not totally “replaceable “ with any hearing aid, so I decided to keep the ones I have.

This is my third set of aids in past 18 years. At home Audiogram was consistent with past findings. Got to see my ear canal and ear drum ... awesome! Very clear instructions, great use of modern technology. Immediate response to my questions and quickly provided me with any size changes of hardware needed. Very happy with all aspects of my experience with the support team and with the performance of the aids.

My wife signed me up to try these hearing aids. I would have never conceded that my hearing needed help, but when I saw that I could do the whole process from my own home and that there was a 45 day trial period, I agreed to give it a go. The entire process has been such a positive experience! The serendipity is that my tinnitus is greatly reduced and I am hearing frequencies I had lost. I’m engaging in conversation because I actually understand what has been said. To hear the birds singing and chirping in the early morning is a bonus!!

My Hear.com experience really changed my world. I kept seeing these ads for the Horizon mini hearing aids with the no obligation trial. I hadn’t had a hearing test in over a decade, but had noticed more and more people were “mumbling”. I’ve had to ask people to repeat themselves more often over the past few years. My hearing test indicated hearing aids would help. The Horizon minis were extremely comfy from the start. Sounds were strikingly brighter and fuller. I had no idea what I’d been missing. Because of my specific hearing loss, I still had difficulty hearing voices during background noise while wearing the Horizon minis (which still strike me as magical gems you place in your ears to open up the world). I ended up returning them in order to get different hearing aids for my needs. Hear.com facilitated my return and refund with no issues. The local provider working with them was adequate, but less than stellar and did delay my return a bit. Melanie from Hear.com was very supportive, encouraging, and positive throughout the process. Like a good friend looking out for your best interests.
