Great Hearing Aids!
I am impressed with your hearing aids. They are very easy to use. They don't distort very much and it is easy to adjust them to get them to a comfortable level. Background noise is quite annoying sometimes, but I have managed to get it a reasonable level and I think my mind is beginning to ignore it. Once, in the beginning, my daughter was putting dishes away and it sounded like "Clank, clank, clank!" Now it has toned down a bit. Your hearing aids are the best I have had.

What do I hear?
The hearing aids from Hear.com are not my first. These are much more convenient and there are no batteries to change. While no longer working, my most memorable experience was when I walked out side and heard the birds. I hadn't realized what I was missing. I wish that I had known much earlier and hadn't waited to get these hearing aids.

My initial interaction with Stan was…
My initial interaction with Stan was excellent and he was very supportive in getting me set up with hearing test and actual hearing aids. Part of the way through the 45 day trial I decided I didn’t want them for a variety of reasons and advised Stan I planned to return. Instead of inquiring into what my reasons were for returning Stan lectured me via email that really didn’t sit well with me. Terrible responsive. Perhaps if he had asked a few questions I might have been convinced to try another model etc. Very disappointed in how he responded I’ll look for another company that cares

I felt I needed help to hear but really just couldn't afford.…
I felt I needed help to hear but really couldn't afford them. I saw the ad on Facebook, thought about it for a few days & decided to see what it was about. When I said yes, they immediately took care of sending items I needed to be tested & I was ready to hear. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Wow, can I hear now! No problems, just me, learning how to put them in my ears correctly & without frustration. I love the app that is part of the program! No traveling for exam or if there would be a problem. Love them & especially hearing what my friends are talking about! Never used to be able to hear, just smiled & nodded my head. If I should have a question, I have copied everything that was sent to me by email.
