Great audiologists
Kristin, the audiologist who worked with me is top-shelf. I've dealt with many in the last 40+ years and she's easily in the top 1% of them. The other Hear.com staff who I dealt with were equally helpful. Unfortunately, the behind the ear model did not work for me (I'm a farmer and a horseman) but the quality of the device was outstanding.

Why did I wait so long?
The customer service was highly professional at every level, from the initial interview, to the online examination and fitting, to the purchase and financing process. Everything was fully explained and my questions were answered without hesitation. And best of all, the hearing aids work just advertised. They are excellent, and have improved my life, especially in my interactions with others, immensely. I highly recommend Hear.com. Tell then that Fr. Rudy sent you!

Professional yet personal …
The folks at Hear.com are professional yet personal. I was skeptical at first about buying hearing aids online but their system and personal care quickly alleviated my worries

Outstanding clarity
Outstanding clarity, I really like the ability to adjust the hearing aids with my cell phone to apply the program I need for the situation that I am in at that time. The techs are professionals and usually get back to you in a few minutes.

Big improvement over my last healing aids
I have had 2 other sets of hearing aids and these are by far the best. App settings let me tailor the aids to the environment better than my old pair did.

Extraordinary Experience - I honestly couldn’t be happier with…
I honestly couldn’t be happier with Hear.com, from my first conversation with “Joseph,” to my hearing care appoint with “Emily,” to my audiology appointments with “Brad.” I knew that they were there to help me on my journey through educating, listening, and responding with whatever I needed. Being a first-time hearing aid user, I didn’t even know what questions to ask… and yet, my unasked questions were answered, every step of the way. The devices and the I-phone app are amazing, too — No more panicking in a troublesome environment, I know I’ve got this! This has truly been an extraordinary experience. The gift of hearing is mine (and everyone around me:-)) again!

Happy!
Have a friend who recommended hear. I checked it out and felt it was the way to go to replace my old hearing aids. The entire process was pretty seamless with great technology and constant follow up and concern that everything was working correctly and that I was happy with my decision.
