Terrific customer service
Terrific customer service. Constant communication, every question answered, always someone available to talk to. Scheduled meetings to set up the hearing aids and monitor my adjustment to them. The woman who did this was wonderful, so smart and friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. The new hearing aids are so much more comfortable than my old ones and come with a charger so I no longer have to carry batteries with me. Totally easy, comfortable experience. Much better than previous hearing aid providers.
