A very upstanding company!
I wasn't sure if I needed hearing aids. Hear.com arranged for a comprehensive evaluation and determined that it was not yet necessary. I gave Hear.com a 5 star rating because of the integrity they showed by doing an honest evaluation and not trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Outstanding Service
The professionalism is very prevalent! You don’t have to worry about forgetting anything … you are sent reminders by text and emails … and even phone calls. Very pleased with convenience of home testing.

Everyone involved from the very beginning were very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful AND SYMPATHETIC! It was a pleasure working with everyone! Now I DONT HAVE TO GET COCHLEAR IMPLANTS AND NEITHER WILL MY SONS who inherited my degenerative hearing loss!

I have tried several hearing aids and couldn't find anything to help me hear clearly and understand words. A friend of mine recommended hear.com, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Dav id and he was very professional. We discussed the issues I was having and he educated me on the different types of technology available and explained all of the options. Once we narrowed down which level of tech would suit me best, he gave me pricing and told me how much I would save with my insurance. We then scheduled my appointment with the doctor for my hearing test and started my trial. I'm hearing better than I have in a very long time and hear.com made it easy

The convenience and ease of doing the home appointment
The convenience and ease of doing the appointment in your own home was great. Hear.com sends a large box with everything in it needed to communicate with your person the will fit you with your hearing devices. You will see and speak to them live while going through the process of testing and learning about your hearing devices. The hearing team checks up on you often after your appointment to make sure you are doing well. They have no problem with answering questions after you have your devices for a while. They are always ready to help

Excellent customer support in set up and use. The aids I purchased are pricey, but the functionality and customization, due to my extreme hearing loss, sure compensates for the added cost. The aids are perfect and easy to use daily!
