Had hearing aids from another provider

Had hearing aids from another provider, that did not fit well and they were not a lot of help, to correct the problem, I would put the hearing aids in when I got up in the morning and the batteries were dead by noon at the latest. all fitting was over the phone. When I contacted Hear.com. they sent an l Pad, Head phones, a scope for my ears, blue tooth connector, haring aids and charger, as well as multiple end cones.as well as an on line visual appointment with one of their audiologists. On the first appointment she scanned my ears, had me install a set of end cones for the first trial, put on the headphones and did a complete hearing test and provided me with a printed result of my hearing test, she then adjusted my new hearing aids for my individual hearing needs. I have had several follow up appointments for minor adjustments, The batteries stay charged, I put them in when I get up in the morning and they are still at 60% when I go to bed at 10:30 at night.The aids com with replacement wax filters, and end cones.Would definitely recommend Hear.com for your hearing needs.

Very Professional experience.
I was able to discuss details in the comfort of my home as well as having a hearing test via a type of zoom call. I received all items needed very quickly. After hearing aids were fit for my ears I had scheduled video calls to correct any problems and discuss questions I might have.

A Leap of Faith
It was a leap of faith to purchase hearing aids on line, but what convinced me was the option to return them if I was not satisfied. I felt very involved in every step of the process, and consequently am very satisfied with these hearing aids, the warranty, and my new audiologist.

The audiologist who did my hearing test…
The audiologist who did my hearing test ( he told me to call him Walter...I don't remember his last name) was very nice and informative. He explained everything to me, and showed me how to use the app.
