Don’t plan on a replacement any time soon…
The initial sales and customer service was very good, however, getting a replacement hearing aid has been a nightmare. After an initial phone call, my husband was referred to the replacment department who said they would reach out by phone in 2-3 days. They didn’t. He reached out again and was told they were sending it out that night but wouldn’t give a tracking number. Then, they stated after 10 days of this back and forth that he needed to send his other hearing aide in so they can programs the new. They charged our credit card on 2/15 and still no hearing aide and we’re leaving the country soon. Credit card company is reversing the charges and my husband bought some Apple ear buds because of this unfortunate situation. Horrible communication after the initial sale!
