We did receive your email, and our Customer Support team has already attempted to reach you to help troubleshoot this issue. Please make sure the right hearing aid (red) is placed in the right port and the left hearing aid (blue) is in the left port. Also, try cleaning both the charger and the hearing aids to ensure there’s no debris on the connectors that could be preventing proper contact.
