I was contacted after inquiring on FB. After prequalified I was given an appointment for a hearing test, at a nearby location. I was shown several different kinds of hearing aides. I was particularly interested because financing was available. However, even after being able to finance a hearing aide purchase, I believe the cost is comparatively too expensive.

Need a Hearing Ctr in Spokane!!! Wanted my aids checked on last visit, but Dr was too busy....only tech could help.....not ENOUGH!

I do hear louder and with higher range of sensitivity. I still have problems with hearing table conversation in a noisy background.

My hearing aids are fine. This company does not provide the hearing aids, they send you to a company they work with and you get them there. I was promised 3 years of free batteries but I can't seem to get them to send them to me. I am on my 3rd call and now am told they will call me back. I am a little put out with this company because of this.

All in person contact was excellent. Concern from phone calls was appreciated. The big issue was that the finance company’s first installment was scheduled before my 45 day “try out” period was up and the interest rate was high for someone with a 822 credit score.

The professionalism and care by Dr. Kim and her staff were "top shelf"; however; the fact that the device was flawed and had to be returned doe not instill in me the confidence I need in choosing a hearing aid.

One (1) device failed in less than a month. The provider is in the process of sending it back. But in the interim I’m without the unit I paid for, for several days this is not a positive experience. The other unit seems to be loosing clarity and not responding as advertised. I have 16 days left to get a refund . Hopefully I can be convinced that your products will work. The provider has been fine but the product is less than described and hope for.
