Hearing problem is a sensitive subject. I am very happy with the experience. One shot for the mold inside the ear; short waiting period and one apt to set up the level. That's all it took. Always available at your convenience.

Ashley Tovey, rep, contacted me and began a dialogue on what I was looking for and how she would assist me in finding the correct aid but also provided superb service throughout. The clinic in Athens, Georgia was my provider and they also did a great job throughout the process leading up to the final fitting. I also had great support when I inquired about coordination in filing insurance with United Healthcare through Jessica Rodriguez. Great, great support. I have been very pleased with the hearing aid performance. The fit and no show appearance are wonderful. I would recommend you to anybody looking for hearing aid.

My hearing aid technician is great. She answers all my questions of concern with answers I can understand. I always look forward ti my check ups.
