She called me at least half a dozen times during the evaluation, fitting and adjustment process to ensure everything was going smoothly, all my questions and concerns were answered. When there was an issue, she took ownership to get it resolved promptly. Hear.com connected me with a great local audiologist who gave me a professional evaluation and expert consultation on getting the right hearing aids for me. Jordan has been fantastic, and it is clear he has a real passion for his work and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Hear.com took care of all the details of scheduling appointments, arranging financing, and providing a 45 day trial period with the hearing aids to ensure I was completely satisfied. Overall, I have been very happy with the service and outcome of this process.
