Just what was needed. Everything went smoothly.

It is fun to try and identify sounds that I was unable hear before. My ability to put them on each day is a real workout for me. I especially Like the ability to charge them with the charger and not have to work with batteries.

I couldn't have gotten better people to work with me. I highly recommend anyone to deal with y'all !!

This has been one of the best things that I have chosen to do for myself. Life is so much better now, I am much more at ease not worrying about having to strain to hear people. Each visit was a pleasure because you feel that every thing is being done to help you and that nothing is too much trouble. You are truly treated like friend rather than a client. I recommend them without reservations.

The hearing Dr was great. The financing seemed to be pushy. I almost financed through the first option but I found 12 months zero interest through CareCredit. Halfway through the year I received nasty collections emails from the first provider which I did not use. This happened twice.

THE BEST THING I EVER DID WAS GET THE HEARING AIDS AND I AM TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

First of all, I would like to thanks Mr. Lee Larson for his professional and the most honest he had giving to me. He explained very clear details of all hear.com products and guided me to the whole process. He helped me to gain my hearing experience back....It's awesome gift ! "People now scare to curse 'cause I can hear them loud and clear...LOL" Secondly, I would highly recommend and refer this company and their main and local staffs for their professional, friendly, and courtesy; they would go an extra mile to help anyone need help for their hearing problems. For the best part of all: "I can hear and talk to my loved one in very soft voice, so no one would hear". How about that !

I like the flexi fibers and the compact recharging unit - since it contains a rechargeable battery, it even charges the hearing aids when you're not near an electrical outlet.
