We are very happy as a family for the great service through the whole process of getting the hearing aid equipment for my mother. Without Stephanie Middlebrook great help and interest this wouldn't have been possible. We have our mother back after many years of thinking that this was too difficult to accomplish. Everything was top notch.

I didn't realize how hearing impaired I was and how much I was missing normal everyday sounds, especially outdoors, until I got my hearing aids and walked out the door of the office. It was an emotional experience. Leaves blowing across the sidewalk, cars going by, etc. Everyday sounds that gradually disappeared over time because of my hearing loss. This has truly been a gift.
