The staff in the Brownwoo office in the Villages , FL are terrific.

At first I was a bit skeptical about working out hearing aids on line because my first experience with hearing aids was less than ok. They set up a hearing test with a local hearing consultant and the experience was nothing less than perfection. It is so nice to deal with a hearing consultant that is knowledgeable and knows product and try hearing issues. Love this experience more than I can say

Have just a few minor adjustments I would have preferred. I am hearing reasonably well, which is good for me, but don't understand why I cannot clean the tips myself, but need to have them replaced. Also, I have always received batteries for the life of my hearing aids. I did receive a six month supply, which I am grateful for.

Great customer service. I was Leary of going and a little embarrassed. I was treated with respect and was put at ease immediately. Have recommend them to a number of friends and family.
