Good caring service although my mother's ears are beyond any scope for reviving her hearing power

This was the best decision we have made after many trying many hearing aid businesses. Our local representative, Ken, couldn't have been nicer and is always available to help us. when one finds something so exceptional it is wonderful to share the joy.

Definitely an excellent opportunity to test the new style of hearing aids. My hearing has improved while testing for the beginning of the 45 day experience. I am most pleased with them. The personnel are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and very professional.

I have been very happy with my new hearing aids. Genesis Hearing in Tomball was the recommended place to go and they were very pleasant people to work with. They were very desirous of making sure I got the right aids and that everything was perfect. I went back for several adjustments before we got it just right and it was always a good experience. Sri, the audiologist, is very knowledgeable and Melissa, is always so pleasant and helpful in getting you in when you need some help. I can highly recommend them.

An outstanding expierence and I'm sure I'll be back when needed. You folks rock!
