excellent care. taught me more than I ever imagined I would learn about hearing aides

The dr was great. One complaint- I was supposed to get free batteries For two years. So far I haven't Heard from anyone about the batteries and I had to buy one pack so far. Please check On this. Warren bloom

Very comfortable with Mr. Williams. He listened to my needs and was very professional in my dealings with him.

I believe I stated (a few weeks ago) that my contact with Hear.com Now rep Jennie Andrews was very positive,BUT, I was give a pair of OTICON hearing aids at no cost to me( from an estate) and did not have to persue any further contact with the Hear Now liason in my area. I saved a lot of money by receiving this gift,and really had no logical reason to go any further. The rep I mentioned, could not have been any more professional or helpful then she was to me.

I really would recommend this hearing aid company to anyone as the hearing aids really do work. I can hear conversations in noisy areas. I no longer just hear the loudest noise. All background noise is muffled so I can hear the people talking to me. I love my hearing aids.

I was given a highly professional assessment of the degree of my hearing loss, followed by a solid recommendation on the hearing aid to be preferred, as well as the ones to be avoided. The results are a just right match for my situation. I am now back hearing frequencies I haven't heard in years.
