All people involved in getting my hearing aids and follow up on getting them adjusted so far have been excellent. Just got to get use to them.

Everyone was professional in my experience with hear.com and the doctor's office for my hearing exam. I am planning to purchase my hearing aids from this group in November. Have just have quite a bit going on with my sister's husband passing away and my husband having some health issues as of late.

I've had hearing aids for some time. I honestly hated them and seldom used them. I then had an opportunity to use the newer technology and couldn't believe the difference. Unfortunately the cost was prohibitive and I just went without. Then I found hear.com and was put in touch with Dr. Mortensen who was able to provide state of the art aids at a price I could afford. It was a matter of deciding I didn't want to live the rest of my life not being able to hear. Dr Mortensen and Sonus made sure that would not be the case.

From the very beginning we have had a great experience with hear.com ! Phil, our contact person has been so helpful and the folks at FL Medical Hearing are so thorough and accommodating!

I have NO complaints with the way I was treated. My problem; I had a hard time getting the speaker in my right ear. I would try for 10 or 15 minutes, get upset, but left it where it was and then I would try it throughout the rest of the day every hour or two. This plus the fact that I didn't think I really needed them. Gary Huff worked with me, but I just wasn't ready for them.
