My hearing specialist has been outstanding and has provided the necessary information and services required for me to make a educated decision concerning purchase and use of hearing aids. Unfortunately there were unforeseeable problems that now present issues. The devices will not remain on my ears. I purchased a device that straps them to my head however they consistently roll over on their sides and are uncomfortable. I believe the problem is somewhat related to the size and configuration of my exterior ears, which of course, I cannot change. I initially wanted internal aids however they would not correct the degree of high frequency hearing loss I have. I have not visited my hearing specialist recently but plan on it as soon as possible which is limited due to her location in reference to mine. I chose hear.com due to the use of Siemens products which I have had some experience with in the past, (not hearing devices.)

It was fast getting an appointment and then ordering the hearing aids. They arrived within the week and I was very pleased with the better hearing of the new units. They are self-adjusting and so no need to push any buttons. The price was better going through hear.com too. I'm very pleased.
