It was a pleasant experience from the phone call agent through the ear testing and the fitting of the aids. I regret waiting so long to get it done and it was easier then I expected.

My previous hearing aids are Starkey, but my Starkey agent moved to another company. I the search for replacements for my past aids. I somDavid turned the search into a very pleasant experience and the agent at Audibel, Ronna Juanico, has proven to be an expert in fitting and adjusting both my new and previous hearing aids. I really appreciate what both of them have done for me. I am now a committed Starkey fan.

The entire experience could not have gone better. Very happy with the audiologist they had me see locally. Can hear again....would not have believed this much improvement was even possible.

I found hear.com to be an enjoyable and educational experience. All documentation provided and guidance as to the testing and what you would experience was accurate, easy to understand and educational. When my actual testing occurred I felt well prepared as to the procedure and based on the test results the potential capital required, payment options, warranties etc. Bottom line "no surprises". As I am retired, I appreciated their honesty and experience. Fortunately I did not require a hearing aid at this time. But if I do need hearing assistance in the future, I would work through hear.com, as they are professional, provide the latest technology and competitive pricing.
