A great company The people were great and I got a good deal on my hearing aids.

They were very friendly, easy to talk to. Answered my questions quickly and were upfront about the cost, financing, and steps in the process. Even told me the average credit scores that met the approval criteria. They don’t waste your time. They’re detailed in which types of hearing aid will be right for you.

Everything has been top notch. Service is excellent. A pleasure to deal with the Clear Ear folks.

Great experience and I love my hearing aids.

The ear doctor they sent me to for my hearing test was very nice and answered all my questions He explained all my options and why one was better then the other. From the beginning to the end was only 5 days took hearing test on Monday and on Friday got my hearing aids. On my follow up appt he helped me fine tune my hearing aids. I would recommends. This to anybody that has a hearing problem

When I read about hear.com on my iPad, the phrase that made me take a chance was no batteries. I dialed the number and was connect to a real person, not a tape. This person was John Ashmore and he could not have been more pleasant, more helpful, more professional, more knowledgeable. John and I corresponded through e-mail and we also talked a few times on the phone. John helped me to determine my needs and then arranged an appointment with Katie Murnell. Once again the courtesy the professionalism, the knowledge, the patience of Katie convinced me that I was making the correct decision. These two people were the main reason I did not continue to search for hearing aids which I desperately needed. Thank you to John & Katie for the assistance which you rendered to me.
