I couldn't ask for better service. The here.com lady an the provider were awesome and took great care of me. I wish all services could be this good.

We Went to the Boynton Beach, Hear.com and Had Mr Ed.Savinon.. Having tried hearing aids in the past without any Success, I had my reservations about the entire situation.....Ed was absolutely a pleasure to work with, After explaining my hearing loss situation over the last ten years He did the hearing test and explained to me how my ability to hear and process what I was hearing had Diminished...His concern was more about my Well being and relationship with my Wife And Family members, He then introduced me to The Signia Pure Charge & Go N.X. When he fitted me and turned them on I was amazed at what I was hearing, My wife had a conversation with Him and I heard every word, Very clear....The purchase of these Hearing Aids has taken me back to my Youth... I have had them just about 1 month and it has been wonderful, I also purchased an Apple 7 phone and the blue tooth option is Great when on the phone and streaming music when I bike Ride....Therefore My experience at Hear.com was absolutely rewarding, Kudos To Mr. Ed Savinon. He is truly a Man with a Passion to help people hear better along with improving the quality of Life.....

Robert, the hearing consultant who attended to me, was very thorough in his explanation of the process we would be going through to test and evaluate my hearing needs. There was no "sales pressure" and he responded to all my questions and provided information that I hadn't considered. The follow up was very pleasurable with again no pressure. Robert made adjustments based on my responses to his questions and yes, I can definitely hear much better and life is way more interesting again.

I truly appreciated the help I received from hear.com. Also, the fact that they were very understanding regarding my decision to NOT purchase at this point. Because of this, when I DO decide to purchase, they will be my first contact.
