I have needed hearing aids for many years. I called a nearby hearing store to get an appointment, but it was near a busy weekend so I asked the lady to call me early the next week. Meantime I was contacted by a rep from hear.com and she set me up with an appointment to have my hearing tested and show me around her product. I'm now hearing sounds that have been missing for a long time. The audiologist at the nearby Ear to Hear turned out to be an acquaintance of mine, and is professionally leading me thru the new world of sound.
