Didn’t know what I wasn’t hearing until I went in for a test. I hear birds again, and my wife talking. What a difference.

I experienced professional treatment. And was further impressed when the audiologist (after testing my hearing and examining my current hearing aids) concluded there was likely no benefit to my acquiring the latest equipment she had to offer.

Still trying to understand the process of the volumes. Haven't figured it out yet. Lots of background noise.

He asked appropriate questions to determine the type of hearing loss I had experienced and answered the many questions I had in turn! In matching me up to an office near me, Hearing by Design in Myrtle Beach, I could not have been more pleased!!! Time was of the essence for me as we had just found out about my daughter's College Graduation; the hearing aids were perfect and in place for me to enjoy the ceremony!
