I purchased from hear.com in the hope that hearing aids would help my tinnitus. The folks at hear.com were so helpful throughout the entire process, I couldn't have asked for more. After trying them for a month or more, it was clear that I just wasn't a good candidate for hearing aids. I was really worried about getting my money back. But, again, everyone I dealt with during the return process was both helpful, informative and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

Response. Concern that I was happy. Follow up on everything was great. I felt that my views and questions were top priority. Thank you very much.

My representative Zach seems to not keep up to date with my hearing needs. Was unaware me not having my hearing aids due to the office closure because of COVID. He was surprised to hear when I asked when I would get my hearing aids back, and then assumed that all of the stores would get open at the same time. Well, Oregon offices have been open for over a week, and I have not heard from Zach yet. After personally sending a message to the partner office, I was contacted within 24 hours from the Oregon hearing aid office. No help nor word from Zach at “hear.com” although I left a few messages on the “hear.com” message app on the phone. They are fast to take your money, slow on follow up service when difficulty arises. First followup: tried to resolve the issue at the Lake Oswego Office. Only one hearing aid was sent, instead of two. Got a loaner set for two weeks. Thank you David for the loaner set. My hearing is improving with the loaned hearing aids. Thank you YHWH for hearing aids. Second follow up: A few weeks ago I received my hearing aids and am glad I did. I've got my life back on track! Hearing smart phone incoming calls through my hearing aids is a tremendous life saver. It's amazing how patience combined with challenges and resources are working hand in hand. Thank you Lesly for following up on my situation and seeing it through to a satisfying completion. Hear.com did an outstanding customer service this time.

I work in construction, over 40 years. I would have a hard time when going to meetings and be asking things to be repeated. I knew I had a problem but I didn't think it was that bad. What made me get this checked out was I wasn't hearing my grandkids. So when I got these fabulous and tiny hearing aids I was shocked!!! I could not believe what I was missing. They are so easy to control in different directions, volume up or down, music all through my I phone.It's great when you driving and get a call it goes from I phone to your hearing aids, Hands free! and clear as can be. Hear.com is great!!!!

At my last checkup my doctor observed that there was some minor decline in the quality of hearing in one ear. Got curious about hearing aids, saw some I liked and enquired about them. Got a call from a hear.com representative who recommended a free hearing test to determine with more clarity what the issue is. She referred me to a nearby specialist who ran probably the most comprehensive test I've ever experienced. It was determined that my hearing problem was related to fluid in the middle ear and that a hearing aid would be more likely to exacerbate my hearing issues than to remedy them. So it turned out I wasn't a customer for hear.com, but if/when I ever do need a hearing aid, I'll call them. There was no pressure, they clearly had my best interests at heart. They were very professional. I recommend hear.com highly.

High degree of professionalism in every way. I was very disappointed the way I was notified about the ownership change.

I have worn hearing aids for the past 12 years from 2 different manufacturers. I recently contacted Hear . Com and arranged a visit. The technician who tested and fitted me was very proficient and fitted me with the Signia hearing aid. He specified a deeper projection of the microphone into the ear canal which has help immensely in curtailing the surrounding background noise and allows me to hear better than with either of my previous hearing aids. After a 45 day trial period, I decided to accept the new hearing aids and have been very pleased with them. I have two minor fitting adjustments which were handled most efficiently by the fitting technician. I have been pleased with my service. I would recommend Signia hearing aids for anyone who needs them. Roger W Simmons

My life has changed not only for myself but my family and coworkers as well. Frustration for both they and I was the norm until I took a chance on Signia hearing aids from hear.com. I am so much happier now and enjoy the sounds I was missing, Birds, Crickets, my Family and the Television I can now watch and enjoy without trying to read lips. Yes these are expensive but I do not regret the purchase at all. Step out and enjoy what you've been missing, Marty Thomas
