Im so excited to have found this company ive been treated so well i have felt safe and very please with my care.The doctor was awsome and Austin has been checking on me every step of the way.And today i needed to make sure the financial part was taken care of so I ended up talking to a very pleasant young man Patrick .haveing hearing aids has changed my world and has changed me me i feel so much better feeling I can be apart of the conversations for so many years I've struggled with loss of hearing and as I've gotton order it really has had a impact on my everyday life ,im a hair dresser and now I can hear people talk thats sitting in my chair even if the blow dryer is on.Im loving my new life of hearing.

All personal we’re very knowledgeable and professional. But unfortunately hearing aids are not for me. I did not buy them.

If I was limited to one word in describing hear.com, it would be “Awesome!” From the first phone call to experiencing my first set of hearing aids, I was super impressed with this company. And in today’s current pandemic situation, it couldn’t have been easier than this — sitting in the comfort of my own home (even in PJ’s if I wanted to!), with all the support I needed from a great “personal” team of my own to get me started, making sure I’m comfortable with the devices, and keeping in touch regularly to check on my progress and comfort level. The “kit” they send is easy to set up (yes, even for a grandma like me!), and includes a iPad-like "tablet,” with an otoscope (for your hearing test, for which you see immediate results, right down to choosing the correct “fit” for your devices that are included with the kit). You work face-to-face with a professional audiologist trained to help you with your specific hearing problems. I was totally impressed with the associated technology available for use (Bluetooth compatible, completely adjustable through your cell phone, and access to the Signia app for fine tuning). I’ve already had follow-up appointments and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the results! And I never had to leave home to receive the stellar customer service hear.com readily gave to me... A big thanks to Austin, my Rep, to Dr. Emily Smith for her outstanding ability and support, and to the other members who complete the “team!” I Hear You... You’re Awesome!

I am in my 50's and felt that my hearing was getting worse. I saw a Hear.com hearing device ad showing a tiny in the ear device that I was willing to wear. From the first moment I clicked that I was interested I spoke to a very caring person from the company. She was very thorough in her questions and then set me up for a hearing test. The test got scheduled right a way and the center was near my home. As it turns out the results showed that I don't need a device right now - BUT I will use Hear.com moving forward for my family's hearing needs. Wonderful fast experience. Great Company!!!!

I am 71 years of age. I had 2 surgeries on my right ear, consequently lost 70 % hearing level. I couldn't pick up anything if someone talked on my right ear. Unfortunately, I am musician and choir conductor!!! 12 years ago, I bought a pair of Phonak hearing aids at Costco. But it didn't help much. I had to turn my left ear to the source of sound, that's not comfortable. I don't trust hearing aids any more. Until 6 months ago, the company offered free trial on new version of Phonak. The result is over my expectation. I feel the hearing level of right ear comes back perfectly. I really enjoy life and music better than ever.

Great advice!

My decision to add hearing devices has been wonderful. My wife no longer says turn down the TV she actually turns it up. I purchased the device that allows me to listen to the TV with the TV volume turned completely down. Also when I golf I can listen to my favorite music and my golf partners don’t even know it. It is like having my own 20 channel head set and no one even notices them. Also when my cell phone rings I can answer it direct to my hearing devices! It has been great. I would recommend them to anyone who thinks hearing aids are a pain. Darryl Searer

I have had Phonak hearing aids for about 6 months. They are definitely a step up from my earlier aids.
